Sydney Trains Industrial Action

Hi everyone,

As you may already be aware, pending industrial action is due to take place by Sydney Trains staff from Thursday 25th to Monday 29th (inclusive).

The majority of the Reckon team is based in North Sydney so inevitably there will be a degree of impact to our staff, however please be advised we are making every effort to mimimise any adverse effect or disruption this may have to the support services we are able to provide over this time.

Realistically, you may notice an impact on our call queues however our teams will still be available to support you and we'll do our best to ensure service levels are maintained and calls answered as quickly as possible.
