We have tested our internet speed, and all is fine. There seems to be a 3 second delay whenever I tab across when creating an invoice or sales receipt. Anyone else having this problem today?
*Edit - have logged off, closed browser and started again after reading another post. Lag is now at around 6-7 seconds!

Hi Ress,
Which browser are you experiencing this on? Same problem if you test on another browser?
When you logged off, did you also end the active session in the Hosted control panel? If not, could you please do that before logging off. Log back in after 2-3 minutes. Does the same thing occur after this?

Hi,
I have done this, but i am still finding that entering Sales Receipt item quantities etc very slow. The system just seems to be really clunky. I am constantly watching the screen to see it catch up.

Hi Ress. I use Internet Explorer as the browser of choice as the Reckon processes generally work much better than other browsers, including the copy/paste function. Having said this, I regularly experience similar problems to you, including freezing. However, my belief is that this probably has nothing to do with Reckon as such, but is more likely a Microsoft 365 problem. I regularly have worse problems with Outlook (as do others) which regularly stops when clicking to do something - wait a while and it might start working again, otherwise the quickest option is to restart it. I have also had a similar, but less regular occurrence, with Excel. Despite this, I continue to persist with IE because all of the old shortcuts still work (with one or two exceptions), and so does the copy/paste function. If you are using IE, this might provide you with an explanation.

Thanks John, I was using chrome and tested it on Mozilla. Nothing changed. I was editing Items under Lists and it couldn't even scroll through them without it hiccuping and freezing. I hope this isn't the norm, as i wont last long!

Hmm. If you had said Internet Explorer, I would have said that it appears that the whole Office 365 system has had a problem for many months. I cannot comment therefore on Chrome because I no longer use it as my first choice.

I'd recommend taking a look at the steps listed in this KB to ensure you are getting the best performance out of your file and subsequently the Hosted service itself -
Reckon Accounts Hosted performance is slow in multiple areas.
