Some users have reported problems using their usual TAB key in Reckon Accounts Hosted. We’ve found for some users this has been the result of the shift key “sticking” Because of this, when you press TAB you are actually pressing Shift+TAB which is the command for the TAB moving backwards.
To get around this click on the Shift key or the Windows key once and try again. If the problem persists, you will need to log off Hosted and close your browser and try again.We recommend that you use the latest version of your browser. If the problem persists, consider using the Chrome browser, as our user feedback suggests this browser has fewer issues.
