Tax Code transaction report won't run

Has anyone else had a problem with the "Tax Code Transaction" report not running.  I get the error message "an error occurred while processing your request" .   I need to verify what the client has entered and this is the only report that I can find that would give me the info I need so hamstrung until I can access it.
