Tax Liability Report and Tax Detail report do not match

This is the first time my Tax Liability Report and Tax Detail report do not match.
I have looked at previous posts and have identified the date of the discrepancy. I can still not identify why there is an error. Is there some one I can call to assist me with this? Please.

    Perhaps you could run individual tax code reports for the date or modify the general ledger report

    Hi Christine,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Now that you have narrowed the error to a date range, focus on the use of Discounts - were they applied properly.  Has a percentage been used on a $ Discount?  or an amount used in a %Discount?

    Also, any Service items listed as a negative?  Rework that item as a Discount item.
