taxable payments export error "auregfind Query failed"

Hope someone can help me out there!  I have done all my recs, proofs and ABN checks etc to run the 2013-14 Taxable Payments Report and export file.
However when I run the export and nominate the path and file name I then receive an error box with the following "auregfind Query Failed".
I have read other conversations referring to (), / ' and spaces in the company file. I have checked that and it appears ok. I had to check all that when I ran the Payroll empdupe export in July.
If those characters appear in the supplier names would that create that error?
Anyone have other suggestions please?

    OK think I have answered my own query and for any one else seeking same answer, refer to previous post -

    In that post it categorically says "Ensure no non-alphanumeric characters in Suppliers names"

    So I am now going thru and changing or removing all &, () / ' etc. from supplier names. You'll hear some bleeps from me if after all that it still doesn't work!
