Does any one know the current average wait time for the Technical Help Desk to answer a call? I have been currently onhold for over an hour & I'm starting to lose hope... and my mind listening to the hold music - LOL
They said to assist during year end, you could opt to leave a message and you would not loose your place in the queue!!!!!!!! doesn't sound like that's happening.... I am having all sorts of problems with this stupid upgrade !!!
Hi Bec, The team are certainly pretty busy at the moment but they're doing their best to get through all calls as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
We've got a callback service on some of our lines including AU Reckon Accounts Hosted so that a technician can call you back rather than waiting on hold, you won't lose your place in queue. More info here
