Terminated Employee and paid out AL &RDO howver when I made employee inactive it changed the last payslip from RDO 0 to a negative amount

Terminated Employee and paid out AL &RDO however when I made employee inactive it changed the last payslip from RDO 0 to a negative amount this also happened with AL. Please note I processed the termination through Termination Employee can you please help

I find Reckon really clunky on pays.  Did you untick the dont accrue boxes?.  I end up just doing it manually and then paying it.  sorry I am not much help but as I said its a clunky payroll program.
