Terminated employee totals missing from EFY STP report & Uploaded EFY STP report missing from GovConnect

There are many posts on this (including some from last year) but I haven't come across an answer.

https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/i-have-a-issue-with-the-stp-end-of-year-report-not-picking-up-all-terminated-employees

I've taken some screenshots in the hope somebody can provide a solution.  NB - I've replaced rinb.exe with the patched file as recommended.

1. Employee's INB Gross & PAYG Totals missing from EFY STP Report
Some (not all) employees terminated in FY18-19 are missing YTD INB Gross and PAYG amounts in the report even though they were definitely paid.  For some reason, a Super amount is there but nothing else. Refer screenshot below:

Despite not being able to view the report inside Payroll Premier (ref. 1a), I can see these incorrect amounts from behind the export dialog box. I'm not sure why some are like this...I've checked the separate STP reports that were generated back when these employees were terminated and they have the correct YTD amounts, as do the payment summaries.  So why are these amounts missing from the EFY STP report? Is it meant to be like this? Won't uploading the EFY STP report to GovConnect replace the correct amounts with nil values?

1a. Usability issue when trying to view the EFY STP report:

When clicking 'OK' on the dialog box to run the EFY STP report as below:

Payroll Premier immediately brings up the dialog box (below) to select a folder for export. This prevents you from viewing the actual report in Payroll Premier's window and when you hit exit/OK/cancel on the dialog box, Payroll Premier exits the report!

You can see the report behind the box, but we have more employees than there are lines in the report (as per screenshot 1). Are users expected to wade through the exported JSON file to view individual EFY amounts? As mentioned, the amounts on payment summaries are correct, but that's not what's uploaded to GovConnect.

2. Uploaded EFY STP Report not visible in GovConnect.

Self explanatory - upload is apparently a 'success' but the EFY values cannot be checked and approved as the report is no where to be found. So, is it that we can't check Payroll Premier's EFY STP report in Premier or in GovConnect and our only option is to open the JSON file in a .txt editor like Notepad? What should we see happen in GovConnect after we do the finalisation?  We should be able to approve our upload, right?

We'll probably have to do this again after ensuring the above-described terminated employee's EFY amounts are correct.

Some kind of response from a staff member would be great.

Regards,
Joe
