    What is it doing specifically? Are you being presented with an error message?
    What are you doing in the app, if anything, when this occurs?

    Have you updated to the most recent version of the app? v1.13.1

    imageimageimage Yes it’s up to date Both my account and I have been trying to login all day to do 1 pay adjustment and then eofy report for payment summaries and I just keep getting error messages or getting bounced out of the app

    These errors occurred when I pressed the adjustment tab and also whenever I pressed the settings tab

    Thanks for getting back to me Narelle.
    Just to confirm the basics, you've closed down the app in full ie. swiped it away from your running apps, reopened then attempted to login as well?

    If so, can I grab the ABN that you've registered to your app account please?

    Hi Narelle,
    I've been speaking with our app devs about your issue, and they'd like to confirm something.
    Did you or your accountant at any stage login to https://portal.reckon.com/ with your app account login details and make any changes to your Multi-Factor Authenticatio (MFA) ie. the phone number that your security codes are sent to etc.
