The Conversion program failed to complete 2018/19

I am up to my wits end here

Reinstalled the program multiple times
Removed antivirus
Confirmed the convert27.exe is in the correct folder

3 hours to wait for support? How do we fix this?

I have full admin rights on the machine. Installed on another machine and does the same thing.
