When trying to upload the file in Reckon Gov Connect, I am getting a error message that says product key invalid. The phone number has no spaces. The file the week before and the week after have uploaded successfully. We haven't changed anything in the setup. Help please
Hi Bev, Are you using Payroll Premier 2019/20 to create your STP files?
When you say the file the week after has uploaded successfully, does that mean this is only affecting one particular submission in between those weeks? If the submission AFTER this error has been successful then your YTD balances have already been updated.
Rav I am having the same issue lodgement for the 11/06/20 work but the 18/06/20 did not. My phone numbers are correct. I have just tried my current file and this has the same error message Product key invalid. Help Please
