this file is currently not available for use on this computer

All of a sudden I am getting the following message when trying to open up a Reckon file on Reckon Accounts Enterprise Accountant Addition 2019:  "this file is currently not available for use on this computer"  Not sure of why it is happening when I could open the same file only a couple of weeks ago!  Any fixes?

    Hi Michelle, 

    Is your file stored on your computer's hard disk or on a network? 

    If it is on a network, is the network drive mapped correctly, and does it show under your Network locations with a drive letter beside it? 

    Lastly, can you navigate to the file using your file explorer?
