Hi Everyone,

I Upgraded our company file to accounts plus 2014 and now cannot open the error given is
"This company file has units of measure enabled. you may not open this company file in reckon accounts plus accounting."
can anyone help?

    Anthony,

    You need to open the file in a version of the program that supports this units of measure feature.

    Looks like that Plus does not have the feature, whereas the Pro version would have units of measure.
