Cant Use the new system , just goes to black screen , tried calling you guys engaged , have looked at the other user on hear lots have the same problem ,  no real advice is given from you guys

I have managed to log on a couple of times - took ages! Then when I went back to my screen I had been kicked out "due to inactivity" - now I am back to the black screen. Just sent my staff on errands - huge waste of time and resources AGAIN !

I swear that every time Reckon come up with a "good idea" it makes my blood run cold!

Reckon - you really need on offline version so that we can at least have access to existing information on Customer, Supplier and Open Order details. Every time there is a problem - we sit around twiddling our thumbs!

This is not the first time that I have lost data including backed up data I have in the past given reckon the benefit of the doubt but no longer I need to have a company audit and then I will be changing to anything else!

Log on to www.bit.com.au and search for the review of SME accounting packages from May 2103.  Leave an appropriate comment and at least save someone else from this abysmal lot.

Having same problem Vivien and Jason! We need to continue with our work! I have stopped calling help hotline, because it takes too long, and

a) a paid service should not take this long to get to a technician
b) these issues should be solved and resolutions communicated to the users without needing a paid hotline which costs us! This is RECKON's issue, not our inability to use the program...

RECKON: please tell us what we need to do to:

a)  get rid of the black screen
b) stop the system from going inactive
c) stop the system from logging us out due to inactivity (FU*K this is bullshit... excuse the language - but I think it may be appropriate here).

Waiting for a call back form the next level of tech support . it has been over a hour . 12 o clock here no work done. cant invoice or do anything .We are a national based company . reading the on line community and getting a bit worried about what data is there and what is not . Will not be continuing with Quickbooks once I have my data out of there. Perhaps we should sue them and make a real point about how our business has stopped today.

Alternatively: RECKON could tell us to shut it down and come back fresh tomorrow with a 100% guarantee of all these issues fixed, not great, but if the reality could be like that I could deal with that. Just don't leave us hanging for uncertain duration and make sure all files are recoverable.

we are dead in the water . National based company and cant do a invoice. Lost money today, staff cant work .waiting for a call back . for over 2 hours
