I am using Reckon ACcounts Personal Plus 2015.  In my  share portfolio  I need to increase the width of the Security column but when the cursor changes it will not work  It seems as though the column width is locked. Any suggestions to follow.

Unfortunately this does not work. I have  tried this  but the slide divider will not work. It just seems to flash reduces size of  the column but then will not allow me to increase the column width. It is as though the column is locked.

Thanks DD, I cannot run as administrator as it asks for a new installation key. What next??

I have done this and the Reckon Icon shows as administrator but it still does not allow me to increase the column width. Also how do I get out of administrator now.

    Hi Paul,

Sorry to hear of your troubles.

Open a Sample file and try doing the same actions.  Do you get the same results?

    regards,
    John

Thanks John, same problem, as suggested I created a new file but when I try to increase the size of a column in a sample share portfolio, the cursor changes but all that happens is the column reduces to about  half a centimetre and it cannot be increased. It happens with all columns in the portfolio.

    Thanks
    Paul

Actually I should not have said disappeared. It reduces to about half a centarmetre and you can only see the fits few letters in the column, not the full name
