Totalling Qty column in Sales reports

Is it possible to get a sales report from Reckon Hosted that totals up the Qty column also? It records the quantity sold, but does not total these up for each item. Even exporting it out to Excel is not ideal as it is still time consuming to manually subtotal up these lines especially if there is a lot of data in the reports. If not, this would be a very good feature to add.

    Depending on exactly what you are using the base data for, you could modify thge report to change the subtotals to be by year or something else that fully covers all your data, and then do a single total in Excel.  You can then use other Excel features like Pivot Tables, Sumif functions etc to populate reports if required.
