How do I lodge the TPAR for 2016 through Reckon Hosted

    HI Dianne.  You can use Hosted to create an electronic file which can then be lodged through the ATO using your AusKey.

    Thanks John.  What happens next March 2017 when Auskeys are done away with?  I thought we could use gov.connect like we can for BAS's and PAYG Summaries.

    Dianne.  Where did you get the info about Auskeys phasing out in March next year?  I have neither received any info from the ATO about this, nor can I find any reference on the web by doing a search.  GovConnect, as I understand it, is based around having an AusKey.  John L G

    Hi Dianne,

    AUSkey's are no longer required for submitting directly from cloud based accounting software. Hosted only supports submission of BAS & PAYG Summaries directly through GovConnect.

    TPAR cannot be lodged directly from Hosted, you will need to create a export file which you will need to download to a local destination on your PC and then submit to the ATO portal. You will need your AUSkey for this.

    Thanks Rav for your help.  would be good if TPAR's could be lodged this way as well.  Maybe in the future :)
