Transaction cancelled error message in Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2013 Trial

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2013 Trial. When entering transactions, in my cheque account, when I press enter, an error message comes up saying "Transfer cancelled". This message only comes up if I split the transaction between an expense and a GST category. If I don't split the transaction at all, the transaction will be entered. Has this got something to do with the way the GST codes have been setup? If you would give me a hand with this that would be great!

    Hi Rachelle,

    Thank you for your post.

    It could be due to a corrupt installation. Please backup your data file and save it to a location that you are aware of so you can restore it after re-installation is completed.
