Transfer between bank accounts not working

I am trying to allocate a transfer between two bank accounts and I get the following error.image I have locked the recons on 31 Jan, but my transfer is after Jan - why does it not want to allow me to allocate a transfer?

    Hi Accounts Darwin

    Need to narrow this down a little to find out what this error affects....
    • Double check the date entered
    • Check the computer date
    • Try with different bank accounts and see if you can transfer
    • does this error come up with any other data entry ie. enter payments?
    • Try unlocking the rec and saving, go out and come back and re-enter the lock date.
    • try unlocking it and leaving it unlocked to see if that works!
    I have not seen this error before

    This may sound a little too easy but are you sure you locked it for Jan 2015 and not 2016?

    Hi guys, The Reckon One team are aware of this issue & have said a fix will go out in the next application update. In summary, transfer transactions aren't validating the date correctly against banks that have a lock off date set. This issue only affects transfer transactions. Other transactions (receipts, payments and journals) are validating correctly. For now the work around is to edit the applicable bank account(s) & remove the lock off date to avoid the issue with transfers.

    Problem solved, temporarily at least. Remove all locks off all bank accounts, complete the transfers. I have done this myself and all is good. I haven't redone the account locks, but I will wait for a glitch fix before I go ahead and do that.
