Our Navy club has Reckon and is looking at being able to enter data onto a laptop and transfer to a desktop computer if we were to purchase a second copy for the desktop.

Hello NAA Geelong,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

If you have 2 one-user licences then the simplest way is copy the company file from the desktop to the laptop and remember not to use the file on the desktop while its being used on the laptop.  Then copy the updated file on the laptop back to the desktop.  If this management of files will not be practical for you then Kevin may have a solution for you.
