transferring cash to a different portfolio

I have closed my old portfolio and opened a new one. I have transferred the cash from the old one using transfer out in the options and this has successfully transferred the money over.  However, when I go into the cash flow report, it shows a huge amount in the red.  I have tried the other option of transferring into the new account and this too seemed to work but had the same result when running the cash flow report.  Anyone know what could cause this problem.  I am using Home & Business 2020.
