We have Quickbooks Premier 2010-2011 running very slowly on an old eMachines desk top. QB is the only thing running on the desktop (not even connect to internet except when sending statements) as everything else is on a Mac.
Question 1 : is there a way to speed up QB? or could it be the old crusty computer?
Q.2 Is there a way to move the program and all the data to the Mac - would this require another purchase or can we somehow transfer the program??

Hi there Jackie,

Welcome to the Reckon Community,

Your PC performance will certainly play a crucial part in this also as its ability to handle the processes the program is asking of its resources is a central factor.

For your second query, the iOS operating system is not supported with the desktop range of products, and while I can't endorse or advise on this method, there are cases of users on the Community having success using the program via a Virtual Machine on the iOS environment.
