Payroll Preimer Emailing Payslips Error

I'm using payroll premier 2014/15 and since the new year am unable to email payslips (prior to Christmas Break no issues).

Here are the steps I'm doing:-

1. Reports - payslips - number order

2. Date range last pay

3. click on email icon and select employees (4) click ok

4. Says its exporting and processing then I get a grey box titled "Payroll Email" sending email failed.  I click OK and it comes up with exporting and processing again.  The grey sending email failed error comes up 4 times as does the exporting and processing bit (I'm assuming because I have 4 employees).  Then it just goes back to the payslips report screen.  Nothing has been emailed.

All employees records have pay slips option of Both.

This is the process I have always followed without issue, please does anyone have any ideas??

    I have also done:

    1: File

    2: Select Forms to Email: Payslips

    3. Date Range and Payslip Style (we have set up our own format), OK

    4. Send Now

    Hi Angela, thanks for your reply but I don't have that option.

    Under file I have:-

    * New Company

    * Open existing company

    * Company information

    * Setup Network Data Path

    * Backup files

    * Restore files

    * Archive data

    * Preferences (I've check and no forms to email in here)

    * Rebuild Data file

    * Exit

    As a work around for today i'm going to print payslips, scan then email.  I think i'll have to call support :(

    Hey Kerry, have there been any windows updates in that period? There must be a change in some PC preferences, which has changed things; as all was working fine previously. Calling support might be the best option. ^Mirko
