trouble logging in

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to Hosted?

I seem to be able to log in fine on my computer but 2 of my staff are having trouble. We're all using internet explorer and they've even tried logging on different computers.

We've tried Chome and still on luck.

Could it have anything to do with the userID?

Is there anything else I can do?

    The same thing happened to me last week.  I had to ring Technical Support and they did something with my userID and within 1/2 the problem was fixed.  Also stick with using Chrome as it works much better than Internet Explorer.

    Thank Lisa, I have just called them - they are looking into it and will email once they have fixed it.
    Thanks for the tip about using Chrome :)
