Trouble with new Reckon Personal Plus 2015

I have just upgraded to Personal Plus 2015. Since then I'm having trouble with the system, first of all it wouldn't back up, kept crashing the system and shutting down. Now I have uninstalled and started fresh, it worked this afternoon, now when I try to go back into the program, it tells me that I installed it on a different computer and wants me to pay for another licence. So frustrated. I have used Quicken/Reckon for many years now, but the non stop problems with this one is really annoying and frustrating me. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    What Version of Windows? - Have you tried Right clicking on Icon and running as Administrator?

    Thanks for you replies, I was using Windows 8, but now using Windows 10. The problems have been resolved, thanks for the suggestions.
