Are you aware, Philip that the first part of the backup process saves your file to the Reckon ?My Backup (B:) ?drive?  Then, to copy that file to your hard drive (as is highly recommended by Reckon), you need to use the Reckon floating tool bar to export that file to the download folder on your hard drive.

    Hi,

How it works is to backup to Reckon Hosted Backup Drive (B:) Then you can select the backup file and download (click the right hand drop down menu with a suitcase) your backup file to the folder on you mac desktop (this was recommended by Reckon support to us). You can copy your desktop version backup folder to your HD if you wish at any point.

    Kind Regards,
