Trying to install 2012/13 but getting error .exe is not a valid Win32 application

Hello, I'm trying to install 2012/13 as my clients file is in this version (he has lost his hard drive & only recovered the file). Customer service sent me the link to down load but I've not been able to install. I have tried twice on both Google Chrome & IE but get the error C:\Users\Jessica\Downloads\Quickbooks 2012-13 R3 (2).exe is not a valid Win32 application

I've since spoken to customer service who are unable to help with this issue & suggested I come here
