Trying to submit pay period from Sept 30th - Oct 6th but not recognizing Oct 6th. Keeps setting the pay period from Sept 30th to Oct 5th.

Hi Janet,
Sorry for missing your post. Which edition of the app are you using? Android or iOS
Also, which version do you have installed? You'll find the version number in the Settings section of the app. If its anything below v1.7.0 please make sure you update it from your respective app store.

Can you post a screenshot of the selection you're making and how it displays in the app when you're selecting this date period.

Hello Rav

Thankyou for getting back to me - I am very stressed out about this STP thing as I am not very tech savvy.  I am using an Android phone and the App version is 1.7.0
I have also just found another issue - the payment summary on the app for the first quarter (1.7.19 - 30.9.19) is reporting incorrectly and appears to have added on the equivalent of another pay run.  What do you think is going on there?

Don't worry too much about the 'Pay Summary' section in the app for now. That area doesn't show 'live' balances ie. what is sitting with the ATO. What is shows is the YTD + totals from all pay runs that have been sent from the app regardless of their status ie. Success, Error, Pending etc.

In regard to the date issue though, that is something I've been able to replicate as well on my install of the app. I've flicked this through to our app developers to give me some more info around this. I'll keep you posted.

Have you had any update on this issue?  I want to report my pay runs from that date and wondering whether I should just submit that pay run with the incorrect dates so that I can entering the following 2 weeks

Still unusure with what to do with the pay run with the incorrect dates showing in the app.  Will I just go ahead and submit it anyway so that I can then do the next 2 pay runs?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Yes unfortunately you've found a bug in the app. We've been able to replicate this on a new different accounts on our end. The good news is we've found the cause of it and are investigating how best to resolve it. Unfortunately, its not something that will be a quick fix at this stage.

From what I understand adding a different date to the pay run, while admittedly not ideal or something we'd like you to do, will allow you to proceed with the submission.
