trying to uninstall previous version so can install new version i get ERROR 1327

    still get message Error 1327 Invalid dive:F:\

    saw an old post re plugging in an external drive and tried installing new version.
    it worked, still show old version in programs but new version running with current data.

    I have tried countless times to install  Reckon.

    I keep getting error message 1603.

    I have scoured the internet and tried numerous suggested fixes and even run Advanced system repair pro.

    Nothing has worked.

    Can you please help.

    I cannot reconnect to my reckon . I get the message that the files are removed? what must I do to get reconnected?
