Trying to Zero employee YTD figures and error from ATO

I am using STP mobile app and as advice from Rav i have tried to make an adjustment to have the employee YTD figures = 0. This has worked within the app, but the ATO has rejected with an error and now i cannot make any negative amounts as the STP app updated figures, so ATO hasn't been able to adjust on their end although it had within the app. I did Mark this as last payrun if this has caused the issue

Please can i get an answer to this? Support for the mobile app is ridiculous. Only one person on a community forum with no phone number is making this near impossible. I was on the phone to ATO waiting for over 2 hours which i thought was bad, but ask a question, if you get an answer and follow up with another question it goes unanswered so need to start new threads and even they dont get answered. I need to sort this out ASAP and would like phone support as this method is tedious.
