Trying to update Reckons - Script Error Message

I am getting a script error message everytime I try to update Reckon Accounts for the new finacial year. The error reads 'Object doesnt support property or method 'attach event'. This message Script Error appears when I first open the update page and when I select download.

    Hey Shannon, thanks for your post and welcome to the Reckon Community.

    To confirm is the script error coming up when you are a) Installing the update/patch or b) downloading the update from http://members.reckon.com.au/Login.aspx.

    If it is a) please provide a screenshot of the error as the full error message will help determine the issue, and if b) please try an alternate browser.
