Two trading names one company

Help ... I am in need to create 2 differing invoices due to 2 differing "trading names" but operate under one company. (hence file one tax return)
The trading names have same ABN /ACN, same bank accounts, but differing address details, differing "logos".
Can this be done in reckon hosted

    Hi

    Suggest you look at using Classes

    Also, have multiple Invoice, Adjustment Notes & Statements entering Trading Name as Text and insert logo

    Just to add to the above comments which are correct, in case you are not sure how to create different invoices, Go to "Lists" Dropdown, select templates.  From here, you can either completely design a new invoice, or duplicate an existing invoice layout and redesign according to your needs.  You can make it as fancy or as plain as you like.  You can spend a few minutes or hours depending how creative you feel.  Have fun!!

    The address details come from the company information screen by default. You will need to add the new trading name address as a text box. Regards Heather
