Unable to access BankData through Reckon Accounts

We regret that Reckon Accounts desktop and Hosted users are currently unable to access their bank transactions through BankData.  Our technicians are working on the issue to restore access as soon as possible.

Your latest bank transactions have been delivered to your BankData accounts and you will be able to retrieve them once the connection is re-established.

Reckon One BankData subscribers are unaffected by this issue.

We apologise for the inconvenience this issue is causing you.
