Unable to activate reckon personal plus 2019. I enter the installation key press OK and get an error message 7166, 7669 help would be appreciated Regards John W

Just check that you are using the correct most up to date key. One way to verify is to access your account online to double-check

Hi Andrew  The installation key is what was supplied when I upgraded from 2015 to 2019

Normally you can access your latest installation key in the members area > download software.

Hi Andrew I found it, the installation key is the one that I am using. I enter the key and press OK that's when I get the message and error code.

What are the texts associated with error messages?

Andrew,  I have done nothing except trying again. Guess what it worked.
I am now in personal plus 2019.
 When I was speaking to one of their consultants I mentioned that I felt their problem was their end.
 I did send them a report.
