Unable to complete any task in Quickbooks

I have logged into Quickbooks Hosted but once I am in there I cannot close any open windows, cannot open any windows, and cannot change from from entity to another. I tried telephoning the Helpdesk, but they are currently at capacity and hung up!

Yes, I have tried logging in on a desktop and laptop. I have restarted both computers as well. I cannot log out or change companies.

I can log in, but once I am in there, I cannot do anything. Can't close windows, Can't open windows, can't change companies etc.....

Try pressing the ALT key plus PageUp key at the same time. Sometimes a box requires you to click on it. These occassionally get hidden, that ALT+Page Up reveals.
