Why do I receive "Unable to connect to the WebConnect server" error when trying to connect to Reckon Accounts?

I had this error before. It fixed itself

In the last half hour, I worked on it this morning then my husbands hot on around 2 o’clock, he walked away for about 7 minuets and came back to being logged out and now we can’t get back on, black screen

This issue appears to be an ongoing one with numerous users including myself having to waste time and effort seeking a solution each time it occurs!

this is not fixed here.  really frustrating. when will this be up and going as I do all pays etc over the weekend as well as general invoicing

Would you expect anything less than technical issues when you need the software most? It's the same every year. 

Scaling issues, hosting issues, remote desktop licencing issues.

same thing happened to me and password not working, can't finish end of month Invoices, very annoying, had lots of problems in the last few months, might look at alternative software

agreed.   I may go to Xero i think instead of renewing with Reckon as this has happened before and is very frustrating

I still am getting a WebConnect issues. The system is down, again. The system is not accessible, when clients need it the most. Must be EOFY.

We also are getting the same error. Has anyone's come back on in the last 45min? Ridiculous that there's no customer support after hours... especially EOFY.
