Unable to create more than one STP file per day, anyone else having this problem ? The STP file won'

    Hi Leonie, 

    That is correct. Simply give the file a name. Like "28.04.2020"
    or "Leonie Fix 27.02.2020"

    Anything will work.

    Hi Linda, tried that but it will not work. It simply will not save to Q drive. It appears to be a digital date, eg year month day hour minute second format that is created by Reckon and I cannot over ride. This is really frustrating with trying to get Jopbkeeper FN01 starts dates in place. :(

    Wow, I save them all the time several times a day as I look after multiple RAH clients and have to name them with Client name and date so I know whose is what when I open my "downloads" folder.

    Get on to tech support now.

    What you are describing is not my experience.

    I submitted 4 the other day by changing the file names.

    Thanks Bruce, now understand you need to clear the whole filename, not just left of *
    so have now been able to create a new STP.
