Unable to exit/cancel out of pop up

I have an issues a few times this week. I am unable to cancel/exit from a pop up (at the moment its my 'Select Remittence to email' pop up. I can select which ones I want, send etc but it wont let me get out of it. So I am unable to complete any other tasks. It happened a few days ago and the only way I could fix it was to wait for the session to timeout. Which isn't always viable when I need to work.

    Hi Tahnee,

    There maybe something in the background that requires attention beforehand, you can try holding Alt + Page Up buttons which will bring it to the foreground.  If that is not the problem, I suggest opening a new tab and go to the first login page and once on the dashboard click on control panel and under system maintenance on the left you can go to the log off remote sessions.  Log off the previous session before going back to the dashboard and logging in again.  Good luck.

    Hi Tahnee,

    I would like to echo Kerri's correct thoughts.

    This issue is due to a window in the background which is stuck and since you cannot acknowledge it, you think everything is stuck.

    To bring it to the forefront please press Alt + Page Down (not the arrow pointing down) OR Alt + Page Up. This should fix your problem.
