Unable to install reckon accounts personal 2015

Attempting a fresh install on new Windows 7 Pro machine. Downloaded ReckonAccountsPersonal2015.exe, unzipped to C:\Temp. Attempting to install logged in as admin user. Get to "Click here to install Reckon Accounts 2015" and it does nothing. Tried disconnecting from internet and disabling av (McAfee) - no difference.

    Hi. No error message. The window disappears and it does nothing. We just got the DVD in case it was something to do with the download. It is exactly the same. I'm going to try installing as a non-admin user (only thing I can think of).

    *Edit* changing user didn't help.  Following is extract of Windows event log (D: is the DVD drive):

    Hello Les,

    Thank you for using the Reckon Community.

    First make sure that you are logged in as ADMIN to the computer. Anti-virus is still off and then do the steps below.

    1. So from the Cd installer - please right click it and click OPEN

    2. Then look for "HAB" folder - open it

    3. Then open the folder called "DISK1"

    4. Then look and  - double click the file called : "ISsetup or ISsetup.exe"


    Please let me know you can install it this way.
