Unable to launch App

Help! Since Friday - my reckon wont launch, once I log into the Citrix environment and try to launch the app it comes up 'unable to launch app' I've tried on 2 different computers, checked my browser is up to date etc and no joy! I have loads of returns to lodge/finish with the 5th June deadline coming up and can't do any work!
