Unable to lodge STP

We set up STP last week for Reckon Hosted & lodged for the first time.  This week we are now being asked to set up again; only we can't because the ABN is already registered!  This is ridiculous.  How are we meant to lodge without all this loss of time and getting nowhere going around in circles.  NOT happy.

    Not sure why you are being asked to setup again?  when the login screen for the portal comes up - are you logging in with the details you setup last week?

    With 35 clients & six different softwares to contend with having their own special idiosyncracies, the whole trying to remember who has what is a pain in the toosh.  So, after half an hour, it is NOT the Reckon ID, nor the email address it was something different to login in with.  Don't know how, but I did get in.  Interesting though is that last week's submission is still 'pending'.

    Glad you got in - where it says the lodgement is Pending - have you clicked the Detail link for that line to get an updated status?
