unable to log in is there a problem today

    Hi Cherie,
    I just logged into Hosted 2019 on Google Chrome & Firefox and it went through as normal.
    Can you close down your browser and try again.

    Which Hosted service are you trying to launch? 2019 or 2018?

    Could you post a screenshot of the page its taking you to? Its sounds a bit odd.
    (Use the camera icon in the reply box to add a screenshot).

    Thanks Cherie,
    It looks like you're already logged into Hosted successfully but the Help window is maximised.

    Click on the X symbol in the corner and it will exit from the Help menu.

    That's was easy fixed expect now I am getting this error that I have restarted the PC twice image
