Unable to log in - Reckon Hosted

When selecting to log into our accounts - rather than sending us to the log on screen, it comes up to this screen. 2 out of 3 users in our network are having this issue. 
Can you please advise a resolution urgently.

Hi again guys,

Just in the interim, are you able to check if there are any active sessions in the "Log off Remote Sessions" area and if so, end them. Then logout and try again.

Ok thanks for letting me know Tonii, thought it might be worth checking out.

We're on it right now so hopefully shouldn't be too much longer. Will come back to you with more info as soon as I can.

This issue should now be fixed. Can you please logout and then login as you normally would.

I can't login about 5 mins ago... try 3 times.. black screen. Check active session  & it showed none.

I was able to login yesterday a little while after I posted the problem ... have not tried logging in today.
