Unable to log in

I went to log into my app and it requests me to enter in my compay details. I do this says I am registered. When I go to log in with my finger print I then go back to the first screen requesting to log my details in again, and so on

Hi Victor,
Are you logging in with the same email address & password that you created when the account was first started?

Have you been using the STP app successfully before this? If so, can you let me know the ABN you've registered?

I’m having the exact same issue - been using the app successfully since July, even just last week. Now I’m spinning circles between log in and abn details back to log in!

ABN 63 365 659 704
The email on the account is cathylmorgan@bigpond.com.au (although that needs to be changed as the .au is a mistake!)

Hi Cathy, 
Can you please ensure you are using the latest version of the app which at the moment is v1.12.2
Head into your app store and download & install any updates if you haven't yet.

Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then try logging in again.

Yes it’s the latest version - just update recently
And I’ve swiped it away to close it a number of times.

I have the same problem. Tried to closed app and tried to turned of Mobile phone but still no good.

I think the latest “fix” 2 days ago about the company set up may have created these issues!

Yes, mine was the same after latest update, being v1.12.2 updated 22hours ago.

*** Uninstall / Re-install seems to have fixed the issue ***
