Unable to log in

Hi, I am unable to log in. Keeps telling me to check my username or password (despite being pre-populated). I'm unable to reset password or log in via Google - just tells me I'm signed in.

    Hi Michael,
    Do you receive the same error if you manually enter the login credentials rather than logging in with the pre-populated details saved in the browser?

    Are you having the same trouble if you try logging in via a different browser as a test?

    Hi Rav,
    I did try both of those things, but it has resolved itself now.

    Hi Rav,
    I am having the exact same problem again today and happened again last week. After a few hours the problem resolves. However, it is quite frustrating when I want to see some information like today - I just want to know how much cash to bank and I can't access it. It's not a browser problem as I've tried both Chrome and IE. Please can you assist
