Unable to log in to STP app on iPhone , keeps asking me to enter My abn / company details but then just keeps repeating the same thing over and over . Been using app for 1 year no problems prior

Log out and update to the latest version. Then try logging in again.

Are you sure the email address is exactly the same? If yes, RAV, Community manager, will need to check the email address in the backend.

Hi Tina,
As Bradley has mentioned, if you're 100% sure that you're logging in with the same account details as when the account was first created then can you let me know the ABN you've registered into the app. I'll see if I can find anything on my end of things.

Hi Tina,
Uninstall the app and re install again. It worked for me and I didn't lose my previous data.
