Unable to login

I am using Reckon Premier 2015, everytime I log in I get a message that I am already logged in, it takes 5 to 10 attempts before I can log in. I do log out via exit. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi Jan,

    Is there any chance that anyone else could be using the same login? Premier is a multi user product so just wanted to check that possibility.

    Hi Jan.  Just another couple of points.  Are you running in single user mode or multi user mode?  Does somebody else like external auditors have access to the file?  If they have, and RA is only in single user mode, you won't be able to get anywhere if they have accessed the file.  That is a problem which we encountered a couple of months ago.  I normally run in single user mode, unless somebody else wants access to the file.  If that other person, or persons, logs in before me, I cannot gain access if RA is in single user mode.  When I encountered my problem, it turned out, after contacting Reckon, that we discovered that the external auditors were using our file (sorry - not really relevant because I was referring to Hosted which is not what you appear to be running).  John L G
