Unable to login Reckon STP app "There was a problem signing you in. An unexpected error occurred. This has been logged for investigation".

Hello there. I've been using Reckon STP every week since April. Never an issue. Today I can't login. Closed and reopened the app. Shutdown phone and rebooted. Still same issue. Looked over the previous posts but no clear answer. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Cheers, Anthony

Hi Anthony and everyone. Experience same issue here with me; same error message appeared.
It is still working this morning when I lodge the final pay run for this FY; but can't not sign in this afternoon when try to finalise the EOFY report. Regards, Tomy

I'm having a similar problem on Reckon One... 'Something went wrong.' error message when loading STP.
