unable to login to reckon accounts hosted

unable to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted support so that i can download Reckon Plus 2018 R2. I have tried 3 different browsers - CHrome, Firefox and Edge. The error message i get is "username does not exist" in red.

Hi Graeme,
Are you referring to logging into the Members Area? (rather than Reckon Accounts Hosted).

You'll need to enter your Customer ID & PIN associated with your account to login. If you're unsure of what these details are, please give our Customer Service team a call and we'll get this sorted.

Rav, I appreciate you taking the time to reply. The actual issue is that Reckon Plus 2018 continues to have the problem where one cannot delete multiple transactions that have been downloaded but not allocated. i have 600 unallocated transactions. I do not want to delete them one by one. This was a problem in Reckon Plus 2015 and I upgraded  expecting the problem would be solved by now.
There is heresay that importing a single transaction will overwrite the 600 transactions and then I only have to delete one transaction. This does not appear to work either.
